Rachel Rowlinson is a writer with a deep love of feminist Horror narratives and all things gothic, folkloric and uncanny. She is a graduate of the Curtis Brown Creative Write Your Novel course, shortlistee of the Lucy Cavendish Fiction Prize and longlistee of the Bath Novel Award. Like the main character in her novel, Rachel is an avid wild swimmer. She was born in Birmingham and currently lives in East London with her partner and four cats. Outside of writing, Rachel is an award-winning market researcher.
